POI
Learn the art of Poi.

Spinning and dancing with POI helps to increase range of motion, flexibility and
strength, improves balance and coordination, is good for the mind; plus it's Fun!

Beginning Poi
    Focus: History, warm up exercises, how to hold poi, basic movements, planes,
    timing, direction, space, and beginning set of moves (reels, weaves, corkscrews,
    and butterflies).

Mixed Level POI
    Focus: Warm up exercises, feet work, transitions, turns, and moves that pertain
    to all skill levels.

Intermediate Poi
    Focus: Must know the basics, 5 Beat weaves, Behind the back, extensions, reels,
    Anti spin, Flowers, Multiple beat butterflies, 4 beat corkscrews, Over the head, at
    the side, jumps, and kicks.

Advanced Poi
    Focus: Must know the basics and the intermediate series of moves, hybrids,
    isolations, inside planes, and crossers.

Partner Poi
    Focus: Moves that involve linking planes with another or are done in close
    proximity to another.

Poi Dance
    Focus: Turns, jumps, kicks, transitions, linking with music, choreography, timing,
    expression, eyes, and performance.

Spin Jam
    Focus: Mixed Level play session where you can work in a group setting at your
    own pace on whatever you would like.  Must bring your own instruments.
