Hoopdance
Hoopdance integrates traditional hula hooping with dance.  
In Hoopdance you will learn to hoop not just at your waist,
but all over your body.
Hoopdance is a fun low impact way to improve cardiovascular health,
build strength, relieve stress, quiet your mind, and improve self confidence.

  • Wear comfortable fitted clothing, shoes, and bring water.
  • Adults and children welcome and hoops will be provided.
