Rayen is a lifelong student of global movement styles,
based in a strong foundation in ballet. Her Latin
background has fostered a passion for music and
shimmying her shoulders. She has been a professional
belly dancer since 2002, having performed both
improvisational and choreographed shows with three
belly dance troupes. She became mesmerized by fire
dancing at Davis Fire University and Burning Man Arts
Festival. Now she has incorporated fire arts into her
unique style of tribal fusion belly dance. She delights in
bringing joy into other people's lives through dance.
Rayen's skills include fire fans, fire staff, fire hip belt,
palm torches, glow poi, glow hoop, and balanced fire
sword; belly dance with finger cymbals.
